On March 10, 2025, DexCom, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Initial Form 8-K”) to announce, among other things, the appointment of Ms. Renée Galá to the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”), effective March 6, 2025. At the time the Initial Form 8-K was filed, the Board had not yet determined on which Board committees, if any, Ms. Galá would serve.

This Amendment No. 1 to the Initial Form 8-K is being filed to report that on May 9, 2025, the Board appointed Ms. Galá to serve as a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee of the Board, effective immediately.
