1. Reflects the transfer of shares of Class A Common Stock to the Reporting Person's spouse.

2. Reflects shares owned by the reporting person's spouse. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by his spouse, and the inclusion of such shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose

Remarks:

This amendment is being filed to correct a typographical error in the Form 4 filed on January 20, 2026, which inadvertently over reported by 61 shares the number of shares of Class A common stock transferred to the reporting person's spouse.
