EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Amendment No. 1 to Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Amended 8-K”) amends the Current Report on Form 8-K originally filed by BK Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) on March 12, 2026 (the “Original 8-K”), and is being filed solely to furnish a corrected version of the earnings presentation attached as Exhibit 99.2 to the Original 8-K. Subsequent to filing the Original 8-K, the Company identified certain ministerial errors in the version of the presentation attached as Exhibit 99.2 to the Original 8-K. Due to these errors, the presentation furnished with the Original 8-K did not conform to the actual earnings presentation as posted on the Company’s website on March 12, 2026. The Company is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K/A to furnish the corrected presentation. All disclosures in the Original 8-K otherwise remain unchanged.
