Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 23, 2025, Neil Blumenthal, a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Allbirds, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company of his intention not to stand for reelection at the Company's 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). Mr. Blumenthal has been a member of the Board since August 2018 and currently serves as a member of the Board’s Management Compensation and Leadership Committee. Mr. Blumenthal's decision not to stand for reelection was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, and he will continue to serve on the Board through the date of the Annual Meeting.
