Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 26, 2023, Emily Weiss, a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Allbirds, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company of her intention not to stand for reelection at the Company's 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). Ms Weiss has been a member of the Board since October 2020 and currently serves as a member of the Board’s Sustainability, Nomination, and Governance Committee. Ms. Weiss’s decision not to stand for reelection was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, and she will continue to serve on the Board through the date of the Annual Meeting.
