Alcon Inc. (SIX/NYSE:ALC), today announced that it has commenced and priced a public offering of EUR 500 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.875% senior notes due 2033 (the "Notes"). The Notes will be issued by Alcon Finance Corporation, Alcon Inc.’s indirect wholly owned subsidiary, and will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior basis by Alcon Inc.

Application has been made for the Notes to be admitted to the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and for the Notes to be admitted to trading on the Euro MTF.

The offering is expected to close on September 2, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Alcon intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the refinancing, in whole or in part, of the existing debts of the Group.
