("AIM" or the "Company"), an immuno-pharma company focused on the research and development of its lead product, Ampligen® (rintatolimod), for the treatment of late-stage pancreatic cancer – a lethal and unmet global health problem – announced today the closing of its previously announced rights offering (the "Rights Offering"). The Rights Offering resulted in total subscriptions of approximately $1.8 million.

Each right entitled the holder to purchase one unit ("Unit"), at a subscription price of $1,000 per Unit, consisting of one share of the Company's Series G Convertible Preferred Stock (the "Preferred Stock"), and 2,000 Class G Common Stock Purchase Warrants to purchase the Company's Common Stock (the "Warrants").

Maxim Group LLC acted as dealer-manager for the Rights Offering.

The Company's registration statement on Form S-1 (Registration No. 333-292085) was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on February 10, 2026, as modified by the prospectus supplement filed with the SEC on February 27, 2026.
