Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 13, 2024, Marriott International entered into an agreement with the Company’s subsidiary Agilysys NV, LLC, whereby it selected the Agilysys Golf ecosystem of products as an option for hotels in its portfolio across North America, the Caribbean and Latin America.
