(NYSE:MITT) (the "Company") announced today that, on March 17, 2025, its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.20 per common share for the first quarter 2025, representing a 5.3% increase over the prior quarter dividend of $0.19 per common share. The dividend is payable on April 30, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2025.
