(NYSE:MITT) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.21 per common share for the second quarter 2025, representing a 5% increase over the prior quarter dividend of $0.20 per common share. The dividend is payable on July 31, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2025.
