Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 21, 2023, AerSale Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has successfully completed on August 19, 2023 all certification flight testing for AerAware™, its Enhanced Flight Vision System (EFVS), in coordination with the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
