Item 5.02(b)– Departure of Brett Hush as EVP & General Manager, Loitering Munition Systems

On August 25, 2025, Brett Hush resigned as EVP & General Manager, Loitering Munition Systems of AeroVironment, Inc. (the “Company”), with effect as of September 5, 2025.

Mr. Hush is leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities, and his resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on matters related to its policies or practices.
