On February 11, 2026, Aeluma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended December 31, 2025, which were disclosed in the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 11, 2026.
