(b)	On May 31, 2023, David S. Hendrickson, the Company’s Chief Technology Officer, retired from the Company. The Company currently does not have plans to replace this position.

	Gayn Erickson, President and CEO of Aehr Test Systems, commented, “Dave has served as a valuable member of our executive team for more than 20 years and contributed substantially to our product portfolio and many of our business practices. On behalf of the Board and all of us at Aehr, we thank him for his leadership and dedication to the company and wish him the best in his retirement.”
