Each of Pioneer Floating Rate Fund, Inc. (PHD) and Pioneer High Income Fund, Inc. (PHT) held a special meeting of stockholders earlier today. At the special meeting, which was originally held on July 17, 2025 and was adjourned until August 13, 2025, each fund's stockholders were asked to approve the liquidation and dissolution of the fund pursuant to the Plan of Liquidation and Dissolution adopted by the Board of Directors of the fund. The special meeting was adjourned to August 20, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. ET to allow more time for stockholders to vote. The June 9, 2025 record date for stockholders entitled to vote at the adjourned special meeting remains unchanged.

PHD and PHT are closed-end investment companies that trade on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
