On August 20, 2021, Absci Corporation (the “Company”) and Andreas Pihl, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, agreed that Mr. Pihl would retire from his employment with the Company after a transition period of up to approximately nine months, or by May 13, 2022. Mr. Pihl will remain employed as a senior advisor to the Company during the transition period.
