Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 7, 2025, Abpro Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had terminated Ian Chan as Chief Executive Officer and principal executive officer of the Company, effective as of March 3, 2025. In addition, pursuant to Mr. Chan’s employment agreement with the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Abpro Corporation, Mr. Chan was notified that he was terminated as Chief Executive Officer and director of Abpro Corporation, effective March 3, 2025.
