On April 29, 2025, Abeona Therapeutics Inc. issued a press release entitled “U.S. FDA Approves ZEVASKYN™ (prademagene zamikeracel), the First and Only Cell-Based Gene Therapy for Patients with Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (RDEB).” A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
