Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) 3M Company (the “Company”) announced today that, in conjunction with the planned spin-off of the Company’s Health Care Business, Jeff Lavers, group president, Health Care Business Group, will depart from the Company, effective December 1, 2023. Mr. Lavers is one of the named executive officers included in the Company’s 2023 proxy statement filed on March 22, 2023.
