Cboe Global Markets, Inc., through its subsidiaries, operates as an options exchange worldwide. It operates through five segments: Options, North American Equities, Futures, European Equities, and Global FX. The Options segment trades in listed market indices. The North American Equities segment trades in listed U.S. and Canadian equities; and offers exchange-traded products (ETP) transaction and ETP listing services. The Futures segment trades in futures. The European Equities segment offers pan-European listed equities transaction services, ETPs, exchange-traded commodities, and international depository receipts, as well as ETP listings and clearing services. First Trust Multi-Asset Diversified Income Index Fund

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an index called the NASDAQ US Multi-Asset Diversified Income IndexSM. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the common stocks and/or depositary receipts, REITs, preferred securities, MLPs and ETF that comprise the index. The index is designed to provide exposure to five asset segments, each selected to result in a consistent and high yield for the index. These five asset segments are: equity securities, REITs, preferred securities, MLPs and high yield corporate bonds.
