The fund considers investment in Asia and Latin America. It has a three year investment period. Its hedge fund business manages a broad range of commingled and customized fund solutions and its credit business focuses on loans, and securities of non-investment grade companies spread across the capital structure including senior debt, subordinated debt, preferred stock and common equity. The Blackstone Group Inc. was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in New York, New York with additional offices across Asia, Europe and North America.

Voya Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund is a closed-ended equity mutual fund launched by Voya Investment Management LLC. The fund is co-managed by ING Investment Management Advisors B.V. and Voya Investments, LLC. It invests in public equity markets of emerging market countries across the globe. The fund seeks to invest in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It primarily invests in dividend paying stocks of companies. The fund also invests through derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities, such as call options on selected ETF's, and/or international, regional or country indices of equity securities. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the MSCI Emerging Markets Index. It was formerly known as ING Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund. Voya Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund was formed on April 26, 2011 and is domiciled in the United States.
