The company was formerly known as USA Technologies, Inc and changed its name to Cantaloupe, Inc. Cantaloupe Inc. was incorporated in 1992 and is headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

The Telecommunications and Technology segment offers maintenance, managed, and professional services using solutions comprises remote management and monitoring services for telecommunications and technology industry. The company also provides solutions for customer account opening and onboarding across digital, branch, and call center channels. NCR Corporation was founded in 1881 and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
