The International and Other segment operates a portfolio of channels under the AMCNI name worldwide; subscription streaming business under the Acorn TV, Shudder, Sundance Now, ALLBLK, and AMC+ names; production and comedy venues activities under the Levity name; and film distribution business under the IFC Films name. The company was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in New York, New York.

It also provides network construction and maintenance services and commercial and residential installations, disconnections, and maintenance services. The company provides communications and video services under Optimum and Suddenlink brand names. The company was incorporated in 2015 and is headquartered in Long Island City, New York.
