Yum China Completes the Acquisition of Ownership of the Pizza Hut Brand in Mainland China
SHANGHAI, Aug. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Yum China Holdings, Inc. (the "Company" or "Yum China") (NYSE:YUMC) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the ownership of the Pizza Hut brand in Mainland China from Yum! Brands, Inc. ("Yum! Brands") (NYSE:YUM) for US$1.2 billion.
