Sky Harbour Group Announces Hangar Campus Acquisition at Camarillo Airport, Serving Greater Los Angeles
The Sky Harbour Group Corporation (NYSE:SKYH, SKYH WS)) ("SHG" or the "Company"), an aviation infrastructure company building the first nationwide network of Home-Basing hangar campuses for business aircraft, announced that it has completed the acquisition of CloudNine at Camarillo ("CloudNine") , an approximately 120,000 square foot hangar and office complex, and Sky 805, the holder of related ground leases and fixed-based operator rights at Camarillo Airport (CMA), serving the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area.
