(NYSE:DY) today announced that the Company acquired Black & Veatch's public carrier wireless telecommunications infrastructure business. The acquired business provides wireless construction services primarily in the states of New York, New Jersey, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana.
