This final distribution is being made by the Fund in connection with the reorganization of the Fund into abrdn Global Dynamic Dividend Fund, a New York Stock Exchange-listed closed-end fund trading under the symbol "AGD" (the "Reorganization"). This final Fund distribution will be paid out in cash (no dividends will be reinvested) and will consist of substantially all of the Fund's undistributed tax-exempt interest income,
