(NASDAQ:CEPV) (the "Company") announced today that it closed its initial public offering of 25,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at $10.00 per share, which was upsized, including 3,000,000 Class A ordinary shares pursuant to the partial exercise of the overallotment option by the underwriters.
