(NASDAQ:CELL) today announced that Bruker Corporation (NASDAQ:BRKR) has commenced, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Bird Mergersub Corporation, a cash tender offer to purchase all outstanding shares of common stock of PhenomeX for $1.00 per share. The tender offer is being made pursuant to the previously announced merger agreement between PhenomeX and Bruker entered into on August 17, 2023. Following the successful closing of the tender offer, Bird Mergersub Corporation will be merged into PhenomeX with PhenomeX becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Bruker.
