Blueprint Medicines Corporation has a strategic research collaboration with The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center for accelerating development of BLU-222, an investigational precision therapy that targets cyclin-dependent kinase 2. The company was formerly known as Hoyle Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and changed its name to Blueprint Medicines Corporation in June 2011.
