Additionally, each of the Survivor Funds, as identified below, adopted a Discount Management Program that seeks to enhance long-term shareholder value via periodic liquidity events if certain conditions are met (see below for details). Certain BlackRock municipal closed-end funds (the "Funds") previously announced mergers or reorganizations ("Reorganizations"). The March distributions for the Surviving Funds below represents the distributions to be paid by the combined Funds post-Reorganization. The distributions for the Target Funds below represents only the pre-Reorganization distributions to be paid to Target Fund shareholders in January and February.
