("Jet.AI" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:JTAI), an emerging provider of high-performance GPU infrastructure and AI cloud services, today announced financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. General Company Update As of March 31, 2026, the Company had approximately $13.5 million in cash and no debt, compared to $1.8 million in cash as of December 31, 2025.The proposed merger with flyExclusive remains on track for a shareholder vote on June 11, 2026. Subsequent to quarter end, the Company sold one of its HondaJet aircraft in coordination with flyExclusive and in preparation for the anticipated closing of the transaction.
